About LaLa
Laurana “LaLa” Kuhlman is a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 13 years of experience in the healing arts. Voted Best Massage in Austin Monthly’s Best of ATX (2023, 2024, & 2025), and trusted as a top referral by psychotherapists and long-time clients alike, LaLa is known for her grounded presence, intuitive touch, and commitment to client care.
Her work blends modalities — from Reiki Master training in the Usui lineage to 400+ hours of yoga teacher trainings and ongoing continuing education — thoughtfully woven into every treatment plan to support nervous system regulation, circulation, and whole-body balance.
Austinite by birth, LaLa is a lover of all things local, and a lowkey catlady. When she's not in session, you'll find her walking Town Lake, dipping into the springs, reading in cozy nooks around the city, or chasing the next great taco. She's got a soft spot for community, creativity, and keeping Austin well.

Why Integrated Massage?
Let LaLa create a custom experience to best suit your needs.
With integrated massage you receive a tailored treatment based on your specific concerns. This allows for holistic healing by combining various massage techniques to maximize the efficiency of each appointment. This results driven style will have you feeling better and on the path to your treatment goals.
For example: If you are looking to increase range of movement to an old shoulder injury and also have been experiencing excess stress and anxiety, integrated massage allows for multiple modalities to treat your concerns.

Duh! In most instances, massage can benefit you physically, mentally and emotionally.
However, under no circumstance should massage be performed if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, have a contagious disease, vomiting, diarrhea, fever, kidney disease or a history of thrombosis.
